The Lake Havasu Area Chamber Ambassadors held a new chamber member ribbon cutting ceremony for LHC Cares, a charitable organization. Travel for Treatment provides financial assistance and support to families who travel for children’s medical care. Compass Scholarship provides funding for material/supplies needed for a child but not covered by insurance. No Place Like Home is dedicated to professionals to gain specialty training to prevent long distance travel for locals. Attending the ceremony from left to right were Kathy Baumer, Austin Ruffner, Ross Hobday, Teri Jameson, John Twomey, Becky Goldberg and Jennifer Whetten.
