grand opening ceremony. Heart and Sole Fitness & Wellness offers personal
training, nutrition counseling, meal planning, cooking demos. In person
services (home-based studio) mobile, or online available. Stephanie is excited
to bring her home and business back to Lake Havasu City! Attending the ceremony
