The Lake Havasu Area Chamber Ambassadors held a ribbon cutting ceremony for The Junkyard Bistro celebrating its Grand Opening. Located at 2061 Swanson Ave., Junkyard Bistro is a family owned and operated business, with a family friendly environment offering authentic New York style food. The Junkyard Bistro is also available to help assist with fundraising and community activities. Attending the ribbon cutting from left to right were Kristal Jacob, Jamie Wreden, Bill Wreden, Michael Penner, Kathy McCamridge, Mike Stein, Nicole Meyers, Kaci Collins, Rodney Rodriguez and Teri Jameson.
