Fiesta Mexicana Restaurant, with the help of the Lake Havasu Area Chamber Ambassadors, celebrated its grand opening and chamber membership with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Edwin-Owner of Fiesta Mexicana, is proud to be a part of the Lake Havasu City Community and have the opportunity to follow his dreams, just as his parents did when they came to the United States. He invites everyone to visit Fiesta Mexicana to enjoy an amazing meal, and relish in the atmosphere of a new beginning.  Attending the ribbon cutting from left to right were Linda Sugamele, Sharone Jerzy, Christine Lowe, Elaine Cullen, Edwin Rangel – Owner, Monica Hall, Tami Auten, Kathi Schuler, and Ashley Bartosiewicz.
