The Lake Havasu Area Chamber Ambassadors held a ground breaking ceremony for The Cancer Treatment Centre at Havasu Regional Medical Center, to kick-off construction of an additional 6,000 square feet to its current facility.  The new area will expand chemotherapy and infusion service capacity.  The existing 9,000 square feet of waiting area, nursing station and offices will also be undergoing a complete renovation.  The Specialty Clinic that is located within the main hospital will be relocated into the Cancer Centre when the expansion is complete.  This will allow patients that have both chemotherapy and infusion therapy to receive treatments at one location.  Attending the ceremony from left to right were Jeanie Morgan, Linda Riesdorph, Randy Cook, Toby Orr, Julie McCormack, Michael Rosen M.D., Michael Patterson, Nicholas Roman M.D., Sharon Radcliffe, Chris Dimambro, Aphreikah DuHaney West, Paul O’Neill M.D., Douglas Hade M.D., Kathy Hodell and Evie Cistaro.
