The Lake Havasu Area Chamber Ambassadors held a ground breaking ceremony for Smallcakes Cupcakery & Creamery. Attending the ground breaking from left to right were Lucky Atkinson, Carl Scandia, owners; Kim Frantz  and Jay Kasperski, Hayleigh Walker, and Amy Sugamele. There are over 100 Smallcakes throughout the United States however the Lake Havasu location, at 2105 McCulloch Blvd,  will be the first to open in Arizona.
