Press Release - Chamber Presents Business Banking Workshops
In today’s economy, knowing what financial services are available is critical for business success. The Lake Havasu Area Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with Pioneer Title wants to help local businesses to learn more with a two-part series, “Business Banking and Lending in our New Economy.” The workshops will be held Tuesday, Sept. 13 and Wednesday, Sept. 28; both from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. and both including a complimentary lunch. Sessions will be held at the Lake Havasu Association of Realtors, 2293 Swanson Ave.
The Sept. 13th session will feature Cathy Lease, Assistant District Director of the Small Business Association along with Jeff Mizukami from Horizon Community Bank. Both will focus on the services provided by SBA and what it takes for businesses to qualify for SBA lending.
The Sept. 28th session will include presentations and information from representatives from local financial institutions including Chase Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Mohave State Bank and National Bank of Arizona. Speakers focus for the session will be on the current lending situation, and business banking products such as accounts, credit lines, credit card processing and services, and insurance.
