Magic Homes is a custom home builder within house designing and full turnkey building including lot acquisition, home, pools, walls, etc., and has the distinction of being Lake Havasu City’s first Energy Star Builder with two Energy Star certified models located at 2181 N. Smoketree Ave., and 2385 S. Palo Verde Blvd. The Lake Havasu Area Chamber Ambassadors recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony for Magic Homes. The models are open 9 am to 4pm Monday through Saturday and 10 am to 2 pm on Sunday. On hand for the ribbon cutting were: Amy Sugamele, Kathy Baumer, Danny Kurtz, Lance Matzdorff, Sherry Matzdorff, General Contractor, Kathy O'Brien, Jody Robertson, Dean Baker, Beth Adams, and Traci Sotelo.
