Press Release-Payroll deduction plan to make ASU in Lake Havasu giving easy for anyone

The Havasu Foundation for Higher Education and the Lake Havasu Area Chamber of Commerce have partnered to bring area business owners and their employees an easy way to contribute to the fundraising effort for ASU in Lake Havasu via payroll deduction.
The plan is available to any business in Mohave County and will be operated by HFHE. Similar to most payroll deduction plans, the program will give the employees of participating businesses an opportunity to give a little or a lot, through regular payroll deductions. The plan is already underway in a few local businesses and the Chamber and HFHE anticipate several more companies joining the effort.
To introduce the plan, a special reception has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 26 at Shugrue’s Bridgeview Room from 5:30 – 7 p.m. At the reception, HFHE and Chamber officials will make a short presentation about the plan and employers will be able to sign up then, or make appointments to have a presentation made at their workplace.
Hor d’oeuvres will be hosted by Radio Central Stations KJJJ, KNTR & KVYL, Frontier Communications, UniSource, SuddenLink and Shugrue’s and there will be a cash bar. There is no charge for business owners and managers to attend.
