Scoops, an old fashioned ice cream parlor and soda fountain, celebrated its six month anniversary with a ribbon cutting ceremony by the Lake Havasu Area Chamber Ambassadors. Dennis and Eden Rudin, owners, have brought to life the soda fountains of the early 1900’s with ice cream treats, phosphates and a party room. Scoops is located at 2014 N.
