The Lake Havasu Area Chamber Ambassadors held a ribbon cutting ceremony for Cops and Rodders Bar and Grill. Marc and Diane Mallory, owners, are long time Lake Havasu residents. Cops and Rodders is a family friendly restaurant offering a separate entrance from the bar and serving wholesome standards like burger, salads, steaks sandwiches and most popular fish and chips, which have been passed down from Marc’s father, owner of the former Boathouse restaurant.
