Askland & Associates recently completed the “Tradewinds Business Center”, a new 2-story “Design-Build” commercial office project in Lake Havasu City. Mayor Mark Nexsen and the Chamber Ambassadors were there for the ribbon cutting ceremony and then enjoyed some food and refreshments. The project is located at 228 London Bridge Road and is 18,500 square feet. This is the new location for the Department of Economic Security (DES) as well as Arizona’s Children Association.
