The Lake Havasu Area Chamber Ambassadors held a ribbon cutting ceremony for River City Shuttle’s new service, Oasis Charters. Special charters and tours are excursions contracted by private parties to transport larger groups of people to specific locations or for a specific purpose. River City Shuttle is located at 116 S.
