The Lake Havasu Area Chamber of Commerce welcomed new member Open MRI of Lake Havasu. This is a free-standing facility dedicated to providing MRI services to the physicians and citizens of Lake Havasu City and the surrounding communities. Their Hitachi MRI system allows for the scanning of all patients including claustrophobic and larger patients. Open MRI's goal is to perform an MRI scan the same day it is ordered and provide the report of the scan to the physician no later than the next day. Open MRI believes that a patient should not have to wait days to get an MRI scan performed nor wait days for the results to be provided to their doctor. Faster diagnosis of a patient's condition allows for faster treatment. Open MRI is located at 2082 Mesquite Ave. and can be reached by calling 505-1511.
